Once planning fee is paid and travelXtribe Terms & Conditions are signed off on, the planning work begins.
As your dedicated concierge travel service, I will research the best options tailored to your needs, as requested. I will create a recommended itinerary for custom itineraries or up to 3 itinerary options for cruise trips. These itineraries can include airfare, accommodations, excursions, and transportation/transfers aligned with your vacation planning requirements discussed during our consult call. Trip options will be delivered in your preferred manner by the date we agreed upon.

Pricing is not locked in until the deposit/payments are made. Prior to payment, pricing can go up or down. It is important that we work together in a prompt manner to avoid price fluctuations.
