Discuss planning fees with a travel expert.
Pick the date when trip options will be sent to you.
Decide on how you’d like trip options delivered. Options include: a walk-through call, a walk-through video, or for simpler trips, a link via email or text.
Post Discovery Call: As your dedicated concierge travel service, I will research the best flights, accommodations, dining, and excursions tailored to your needs. I will create 2-3 itinerary options for you to choose from. These itineraries can include airfare, accommodations, excursions, and dining options, aligned with your vacation planning requirements discussed during our consult call. Trip options will be delivered in your preferred manner by the date we agreed upon in the consult call.

- Sign travelXtribe Terms & Conditions
- Request any itinerary adjustments with our travel expert
- Ask any questions about your itinerary or set up a call to discuss your vacation planning
- Choose the itinerary option that best suits your needs
- Provide credit card authorization for deposit/payment
- travelXtribe completes reservation booking(s)
- Confirmations and payments are updated in the itinerary platform
- Email confirmations will be sent to the client(s)
